As this was happening, Cinder was watching them from behind a corner, next to an open window, holding an incense candle. As it burned, the same-colored smoke that filled the room Jaune was in flew out of the window, showing that it was the instrument used in Jaune's pleasurable torment.

Seeing her actions bear fruit, Cinder smirked in triumph before blowing out the candle and walking away. "This is going to be a fun festival."
