"You're really excited about this, aren't you," Jaune asked as he carried the cake.

"Of course, I am! Plus, you made the cake!"

"With some help from Ren and Yang."

"Yang helped bake it? Aw. Now I REALLY wish she was here."

"I'm sure she's literally punching herself for getting detention with Dr. Oobleck right now."

And she was.

"Ms. Xiao Long, please stop striking yourself while in detention," Oobleck said as he turned the page of his book. "Wasn't fighting what got you detention to begin with?"

"Cardin was asking for it," Yang said as she bonked herself on the head. "Now, because of that overgrown moron, I'm missing my adorable little sister's birthday. I even made her a cake! I'm missing the cake," she sobbed.

"I'm sure everyone is enjoying the fruits of your labor."

"They'd better."

Back with the birthday girl.

"By the way, where's Weiss and Blake?"

"They went out with Neptune and Sun."

"What? Did they forget it was your birthday?"

"I told them they could go. I didn't mind. Just like I'm glad Professor Ozpin took Pyrrha for that extra training of theirs while Ren and Nora were called to help with some tracking missing Ren was weirdly raring to go for."

Ruby giggled before looking at the candles and blowing them out.

It was a long and passionate kiss that exited the both of them before parting.

"Well, what do you know? It came true," she said with a blush and smile.

"Ruby," Jaune went as he lifted the birthday beauty, carrying her away from the cake. He then stopped when he remembered it.

"It'll be there," she said before grabbing a random book and throwing it toward the table. It made the cake cover bounce before perfectly falling over and covering the cake to keep it fresh and safe from any bugs. "Now then, about my present, boyfriend," she with an expectant smile.

Jaune smiled. "Yes, birthday girl," he said as he fell toward Weiss's bed, making Ruby giggle before it turned into moans

Meanwhile, at a costume party.

"Why do I feel the need to punish Ruby," Weiss asked right as she threw a dart, hitting the bull's-eye and getting cheers for winning the grand prize of the game.
