It's always bothered me that diglett is stuck in the ground, so I made these.In the anime I'd want Diglett to freely go from in the ground and above. In the games maybe you'd only see this form in areas it doesn't make sense to be in the ground (over water, indoors, etc). Maybe these forms could be permanent if Diglett and Alolan Diglett are given Soft Sand and Magnet respectively. I want Dugtrio to be stuck to the earth and kind of treated it as a cocoon-esque phase storing energy before evolving again into...
