I hadn't figured out quite yet how to make from scratch ramen and so I was still eating store bought ramen during this time. This time, I wanted to try making some breaded pork cutlets that I could try and fry in my tamagoyaki pan. Uuuuuuuuuh, yeah no; big fire/burning hazard. The pan was too shallow. So I think I ended up coating it in some sesame oil I had sitting around and throwing it in the air fryer to finish cooking. Actually turned out pretty good.
