So, there's a game I play called europa universalis 4, and for that game is a mod called waifu universalis , which replaces the flags with anime characters that are designed around the culture/history of that country. Its a really great mod, if your into that sort of thing. The one problem is that its been about six years in the making, adding new countries over time. So a lot of the older pictures are really rough looking compared to the guys newer art. So for personal use I've been drawing some of the older one. The guy has said that he's ok with people drawing fan art, so I figured I could post this. I actually drew this a year ago but I recently updated it a bit now that I better understand how to use layers. This is for the country of Tang. I hope you guys like it.
