My submission for the Radical Racer Contest

Jake Luis is a racer in the NToR (National Tournament of Racers)
His main racer is a self designed car built from the chassis of a helicopter and the wheels from large construction vehicles.
It houses one of the most advanced engines on the market and has a exceptional suspension system. Its able to reach high speeds despite its large tire size and is able to dominate the race track.
It also features 2 dual spike ball launchers which can stop other racers in their tracks.

Jake built his racer years ago after his father had quit racing and decided to take it up himself. He keeps and wears the bolt necklace his father had when he was racing. Jake has almost never lost a race to this day.
