There's no good DisbeliefSwap's so I decided to make my own!

DisbeliefSwap

During Backbone, Papyrus goes a little too rough and accidentally shatters the human soul, and with the power of his eye for just a moment his DT overpowers the human and so they aren't able to come back.
Papyrus is left in shock with Sans being unsure what to do.

So what the bros try to do is return to their normal life, but due to the events of the battle they find hard to do.
Undyne is still dead as Papyrus never got to "revive" her.
The guard is gone due to monsters lack of motivation to join as every member is dead.
Papyrus becomes kinda depressed, he's really popular now and is seen as a hero, but he feels bad for destroying the soul and for not giving the human a second chance and giving up on his morals, so now he kinda just goes around with his bro helping those he can.
"Sans" is now more energetic, trying to be the last spirit of Snowdin', but in reality it just Papyrus' memory of Sans trying to make him happy, the real Sans is long dead.
Alphys is also seen as a hero, and is the hero of the underground, using her cameras to survey the underground.

Same set-up as DisbeliefSwap with Papyrus killing the human, except instead of becoming depressed, he supresses the memory so much he forgets and becomes mostly the same as regular Papyrus but a bit more violent and often uses his newly revealed eye as a way to use stronger attacks.
Sans is incredibly tired and lazy due to Papyrus using all the energy of his eye on other stuff rather then his illusion, he's fairly chill but also pretty indifferent about everything except Papyrus
