EDIT::: I re-uploaded the picture, for some reason, my Scanner was scanning it in at a much smaller size than normal. So I had to make sure to bring it into Krita at a larger size, and luckily, I was successful. Now the image is much larger and higher quality!

A cute little speculative piece about "WHERE THEY'RE GONNA PUT THE STAR"

Did some doodles, so this was basically the final draft of those doodles. I'm just VERY EXCITED to see how these two regenerate and what they do with their outfits!

Some thoughts:
-I went with an idea that Peridot liked wearing that little yellow dress, so she reforms with an actual skirt; a little and underplayed one. (I still imagine that she likes wearing Human clothes and that utility is important to her overall)
-Originally I had Peri wtih her dark collar going down the chest and honestly, with the skirt and the star on the front, she looked like a Sailor Scout!
-Instead, I took away the broad collar, and cropped it up to a small...I'm not sure what kind of collar that would be called, but it looks pretty good.
-I imagine that she got the inspiration for her feet from Garnet's feet.
-For Lapis, I figured that she would not play the star up too much, given her history...But I do see her taking a more subtle route.
-Sometimes hair shape changes, but I elected to leave that aspect pretty much alone.

I'm not trying to decipher how exactly they're going to redesign them, but I LOVE speculating.

Anyway, can't wait for the new episodes and to see these two come back(Additionally, my bets are on Peridot reforming first, Lapis taking longer!)
