Ok, so the United States Border Patrol's Explorer badge doesn't look like this. this picture is essentially what I would propose if the agency someday decided that they want to redesign it, which they currently do not plan to do, as far as I know.

I made this with paint. I took the Border Patrol's original badge design that was used from, I believe, 1940 through 1992. Then I simply changed the title at the bottom from "Patrol Inspector" to "Explorer". I also replaced the Immigration and Naturalization logo in the center with the law enforcement exploring logo.
