I really had this random idea based on the Mega Man X x Dinosaur King RP and I did together.

Here is X-Kai with the Phantom Ruby from Sonic Mania/Forces in his hands. With the Phantom Ruby and his own dark powers combined, he can make anyone of this choosing fall under the Phantom Ruby's spell of making him or her beileve it's can grant their deepest wishes from their hearts....In addition to still being able to subject the victim to illusions and sending them to the past or future, X-Kai also modified the Phantom Ruby to having the ability to transform the victim into anything that X-Kai pleases: Form, Age, Gender, Age Regression, Age Progression, and even how intelligent they are.

But why I left the 3rd part blank you ask...it's because...it's up to you to decided who the victim is (in the 2nd purple swirl) and what happens to them. Feel free to use this meme for your own ideas. Just give me credit if you ever decide to use it. I'm going to use it myself later on.
