I had this funny idea of Spike from MLP FIM offering a gem to the Ice Dragon from the Kirby series. Since Spike has never seen an Ice Dragon before and since he doesn't have any wings like Spike, The baby dragon thinks Ice Dragon might eat gems like himself and therefore wants to offer him one.
