I'm just gonna copy & paste the description of my previous piece for context & then add to it what this drawing shows:

After Xaltor completed the Infinity Gauntlet in 2018, the Great Old Ones woke up, all of them across the universe had broken free of their tombs, many of which were on Earth. The mere action of them awakening & leaving the planet to go to Irk (where Xaltor was at the time) caused catastrophic destruction to the Earth. Once Xaltor came back to his home, he took advantage of the deteriorating states of the nations of the world & took control of them in the name of his empire. Combining his grudge for humanity & his ascension to godhood, he felt like he could do anything without consequence. Considering it was a superpower nation, Xaltor, still in the form of Kaiser Diabolus, went to the United States & gave its capital a bloodied makeover, smashing apart the Capitol Building, the Supreme Court Building, & the White House, mixing together the shattered remains to build himself a throne. As he sat on the corpse of the country's power, he felt content having completed his vengeance.
