For the next five posts I'll be posting some profiles I drew of Vtubers I like. I think I fell down the Vtuber rabbit hole sometime in late fall 2020. The first in this batch of drawings is the one who I believe I started watching first, Kiryu Coco! A member of Hololive Generation 4, Coco is a dragon who has lived for 3 millennia & has traveled to the human realm because of her fascination of human culture, particularly from Japan. She has a rather crude sense of humor, but she has proven more than once that she's got a lot of heart. Coco is one of my favorite Vtubers because of her hilarious & adorable demeanor, her stunningly beautiful appearance, terrific singing voice, her being a complete memelord, & the fact that she speaks a lot of English for a Japanese streamer. As someone whose first/native language is English, this makes her videos all the more entertaining for me. A fun fact about her is that she herself was a key factor into the creation of Hololive EN. Among the many members of Hololive JP, I'd say she is my favorite.
