However, he never takes his jokes and pranks to far and dose help others when needed. He carries a special paint brush like his brother, which allows him to use any type of pokemon move he wants, as long as he has enough ink.

Backstory:
The only thing know about him is one day, Benji, as a eevee, wanted to have a brother. He then used his paintbrush to make a brother that would be very fun. It was hard and took a lot of time and effort, but he finally made Jay. Nothing else is know about him.
