I was able to figure out how to do the pretty white outline for my fakemon art.💖Evolution to Borble is Frigrief(Frigatebird+Frigid+Grief). It evolves at level 20. It is based on Frigatebirds.
It keeps the scar on its heart pouch carefully guarded with its wing at all times. It has a cold personality and tends to avoid other people or pokemon.
