Pichu: It's a slow swimmer until it evolves. It's very outgoing and loves watching people walk by the ocean.

Pikachu: Its tail rotates at top speed making them extremely agile. They can also breathe air but for a short time.

Raichu: Their long webbed feet combined with their long tail allows them to swim much faster than their pre evolved form. They can now breathe both air and water equally.
