Spapyro is a playful little Pokemon that loves to flutter around. Its favorite pastime is showing off its feathers to anyone close by. Its fire abilities aren’t that strong yet, but it constantly practices so it can se its fiery abilities in its performances.

Harpire (Harpy + Fire)
Type – Fire/Flying
Ability – Flash Fire – Powers up Fire-type moves if hit by a fire move.
Notable Attacks – Fire Spin, Flame Charge, Air Slash, Slash

Harpires are very sensitive about their looks. They constantly groom themselves so that they always look their best. Their most liked features are their fire manes – the brighter and larger the flames, the more beautiful the fiery bird Pokemon looks.

Type – Fire/Flying
Ability – Flash Fire – Powers up Fire-type moves if hit by a fire move.
Notable Attacks – Fire Blast, Brave Bird, Burning Wing, Drill Peck, Mirror Move

The way to tell how strong a Flaruda is by looking at their flaming wings. The brighter and larger the flames of the wings are, the far stronger the Pokemon. They are very proud of their appearance, and even more so of their wings and fire manes. With sharp claws on their arms and legs, these Pokemons are prime battlers, but most prefer just to show off.

Burning Wing – A fire type move where the pokemon strikes their enemy with blazing fiery wings.

May’s form was inspired by Blaziken, but I decided that instead of another fighting bird, a flying one. Oh, and before anyone makes the comparison, yes I recognize the similarity with Garudamon, but I made this Pokemon like this before I realized the similarities.
