This guy is Leviticus, a robot hog from the same unknown genius who created robots Anvil and Cholera. Unlike those two, Leviticus is good robot, who supposed to be a mimic of Caliber masters able to combine two of their powers together. He for example can do Sonoportation by combining Kobe's and Adam's abilities Teleportation and Sound manipulation. Or how about solarnosis by combining Valgus' and Ajuloputus' abilities light and brainwash. Or even time speeding by combining Aallotar's and Killian's abilities speed and time slowing.

as you can see, the possibilities are endless with this terminator, as he also can use single abilities of Caliber masters, but this one requires special keys (I showcase these concepts later on).
