Another idea I had as a kid.MorphMan can transform into other Robot Masters and use their attacks as his own.
He's basically a Shang Tsung kind of boss.

I like the concept, but not the design. He looks very uncanny, and he doesn't look like a Mega Man boss.

I got it, his weapon when you beat him should be called "Morph Shot"
Mega Man fires a Small Scanner and you stand still, If it hits an opponent, you'll turn into them and enemies will none the wiser as you can walk into them and not get hurt, but only for a 30 seconds at the consumption rate of 4. However Like the X Games, you can charge it for a stonger copy that you can use later for a Full Minute. You can even Chsrge Copy The Bosses (Except Wily or that'll be broken as hell.)

I just had an idea of Wily Transforming his weapon's Archive into a Robot Master and this fits just too well.

I actually have an idea for a Robot Master myself. Hes is based off of and/or inspired by New Jersey's famous cryptid, The Jersey Devil. His weapon is the Jersey Hellfire, which is a fireball attack that can be charged up and it work similar to Heat Man's Atomic Fire & Magma Man's weapon. He can fly with his demonic dragon/bat wings. He can also attack at close range with his metallic forked tail. He can also attack with his horns & claws.

There was that one CopyMan.exe from the Battle Network series (From Battle Network 3). Maybe this could have been his pre-Battle Network form.

I had a concept similar to this for a robot called Random Man.
He's basically a giant slot machine that can use any of the 8 Robot Master's weapons from whichever game he's in.
The best/worst part: he has NO ATTACK PATTERN. AT. ALL.
