the ripples is quite simple.. apply the hard brush first, and then using eraser tool (opacity around 70%) just erase them bit by bit with different size of eraser. if you did mistake just apply the black ink using hard brush once more. and repeat the action until it finished 8D hurk.. i'm bad at explaining ;A; maybe a tutorial will help..
