Why do the coral in the forground make me so happy? I love your shading!! And the tree. THE TREE. And the whales. THE WHALES. Your sense of depth is amazing! Keep it up!
The plot isn't the... most intriguing, but the art and details that goes into the work is still utterly amazing...

the plot is somehow boring.. but the scenery/environment is the best for far! I can say that it improves so much since Skypiea 8D

In my opinion, I think the tree seems fine. You put quite a bit of detail near the base, and less detail up at top, showing the depth of the tree (aka, that it's HUGE). The texture seems wonderful at the bottom, with the array of details, but it seems a little off at the top, when there are less complementary details to go with it.
Nonetheless, you did a wonderful job. It's very pretty.
Personally, I think this arc is to just to showcase the new skills that the crew has received. And Chopper going ROAR.

No problem!
Perhaps I over exaggerated the simplicity, but if Oda puts in TOO much awesome after Marineford (which was filled with PURE AWESOME and tear-jerking moments) and the reunion, we might get bored of the pacing and ... well, bored of excessive whams.
Just my personal 2 cents, but yeah, having a fast paced story is a great and fun thing.
