The lighting, the background, the grittiness all awesome! The pose really sets the intensity of the whole picture - the hand coming out to grab you and drag you in.

That picture is very good. The makeup is fantastic, I really like how your subject seems to blend into the brown background. The only thing I don't really like is that the model's hand isn't completely on the picture. Also the index finger should have been tilted a bit more to the right (from the model's point of view.) then the head (with ear) would have been completely visible which would result in a better balance in the composition.
