This should be a very interesting move (to make the movie a bit more interesting I decided to make it in the pokemon universe and most of the characters are pokemon trainers)

Main hero - Adam Jensen - deuse ex - he didn't what to help but he was forced to.
Love interest - Meiko - vocaloid - because it would be funny (I don't actually ship Meiko with Adam case you were wondering )
Main antagonist - Colonel Radec - killzone 2 - unless all the main world leaders surrender to he will use the power for dialga and palkia to cause distinction and make them surrender.
Sidekick - shulk - xenoblade chronicals - asked by capital rush to find and ask Adam for help.
Traitor - Ganondorf - the legend of zelda - saw the opportunity for power and wanted it
Villions bodyguard - vector - residents evil operation raccoon city - I don't know what to put hear to be honest
Heroes serpearer - caption rush - time crisis - he won't be there to assist shulk and Adan in person but he will assist them through a communication device.
Redeemed bad guy - heihachi - tekken - he realised the error of his ways and wanted to help the Hero.
Villains henchmen - winds of distinction - meta gear rising - I don't know what to put hear ether
First blood - spy - team fortress 2 - dies at the beginning trying to find info on what the enemy are up to.

Adam - luxray, metagross (shiny), lucario, raichu umbreon and accelgor
meiko - spinda, flareon, arcanine, torkoal, whynot and victini (victini is not an office member of her team it just stared to follow her she saved it form Redec)
Radec - aggron and steelix
Shulk - golurk, aegislash, joteon and rhyperior
