Description
Eugene Hugo, Victor's less famous and above all less happy brother, has always inspired me somehow... His tragic fate and his miserable end...*sigh*
This picture in ink and pencil is dedicated to one of my favourite poets.

I love the shading, it sets the mood of the picture perfectly.

Beautiful.
It has a very emotional and tragic feeling about it.

Mmm, this is wonderful...I am in love with the cadaver (I assume he's dead, heh) for some reason...his jawline and his torso have incredibly beautiful lining. I also love the stringy, boniness to the other figure, and the whole thing is just...amazing. Wow. I've never heard of Eugene or Victor Hugo, though...what sort of poetry do they write?

I love the way he steps up like that with long thin legs.

I am not kidding you when I say that I say this and I had already clicked another diviation when I hit that back button like I never have. Don't know why but this grabbed me without really explaining, the image seemed dark but nto typical. Indeed it's funny you say a poet inspired it because it seems just that.
You have talent, not just in that way many here do have...skill. no I am talking imagination and visualization... whatever I ramble this is so great!! If I could fave this 20 times I would. I really can't say much about teh technique because it's sort of pulled me in on a very visceral and wonderful way.
