A new Balan OC who is the daughter of (non fusion) Balance and SilverPsyched's (twitter.com/Silverpsyched ) OC Concerto!Some info about her:
-She was born from a rose
-the roses on her horns bloom when she is showered in love and those petals can be used to heal minor injuries
-she is very hyperactive and outgoing, but gets distracted easily
-she loves everybody and wishes to be their best friend, but not everyone feels the same
-she specializes in mending relationships, both platonic and romantic
-despite her never ending love for others, she has a hard time loving herself and bottles up her feelings
-she grows her own garden of roses, each a different color and each having it's own healing properties
