I know I promised a tutorial a long time ago because people were asking BUT YEAH I felt like it would just be a waste of time since it's... very... simple... and not perfect or really hard or special at all --ANYWAYS, I hope this helps out atleast a tiny tiny bit, if anything ; v ; Please, in case you have questions, just post a comment below and I'll try my best to explain it to you and help. <3
This is a coloring tutorial for PAINT TOOL SAI. Not sure if it will work in other programs, srsly. I always use Sai for coloring, so I really have no clue.

Haha I got my tablet super cheap too. I think i paid 40 bucks or smth. Pretty little money if you compare it to those Wacom thingies that cost 200 and are like a QUARTER the size of the tablet I have C:

By me is the problem that I don't think that I will pay cheap,It depends where you live,where I live everything is expensive,or not,just the people are poor
Sometimes pretty cheap things can be even better than the pretty expensive things
