Well, you did improved by your last "art". But I want to say that these pony characters looks Phineas from Phineas & Ferb. Because when you draw male ponies they always have a rectangle head. And you don't have to do that.

It's a good start, the colours go very well together ^ ^
It's nice to see you not usingΒ a base! To improve I recommend using references when drawing, as the anatomy is a bit off on the noses and horn.
You have the potential to draw some really great stuff, just keep practicing! Β
