Description
The third entry in the week is Mega Manectric! Shout out once again to Noscium for his awesome spritework. He's been my go-to for the Kalos Pokémon. Manectric is interesting. I always thought the idea of an electric wolf/dog thing was unique but not too surprising given the Pokémon series' tendency to make memorable creatures. The mega form takes the original design elements and supercharges them giving the Pokémon an almost Super Saiyan haircut.

As expected from an electric type, Mega Manectric's palette is mostly yellow thanks to its sharp mane of hair. The shades were easy to reproduce using Yellow and Pearl Yellow beads. My lighting got a bit weird but the body is made up of Dark Blue and Light Blue beads. The claws are a mix of Red and Cranberry. The difference in shades strangely enough shows up great in real life but not in the picture mostly due to the lighting. I think the original palette is still accurate. This was a big sprite so it took some effort to iron. I had to move quickly so my iron wouldn't lose heat in the larger sections.
