See? This is how all the cool super heroes do it. Forget normal running, that's just too obvious and practical. You have to do it as shown here - part break dance, part capoeira, part sitting on your ass, part bouncing yourself off a wall. All that whilst wearing 6'' (at least) stilettos and a crazy latex out fit by Matt Bylett.DO try this at home kids
