The website, ThinkGeek has a funny contest where you dress up a plush of their mascot, Timmy the Monkey, and dress him up in a homemade costume for Comic Con. I dressed mine up as Samus Aran with a magnetic baby Metroid and a Timmy Etecoon standee to be funny. Unfortunately, voting started before I knew it and I didn't know how to promote my piece on Facebook since I'm never on there. Haha. Apparently, the winner is chosen by the number of likes on Facebook. If I'd known that, I probably wouldn't have entered. I'm too shy to post much on Facebook. So, I gave up. Oh, well. At least I made some cool art of a monkey in Samus's clothes! The blaster lights up and the Metroid has a magnet that clings to Samus Timmy's shoulder. I liked the Metroid. I kept talking to it.
Iām sure something cool will win though~
I'll post more pics when I feel better. : )
