IF YOU WANT TO SEE MY COSPLAY, THEN GO HERE.
Okie dokie. So, I had someone step forward and and comment on some of the questions asked about this costume:"It is a SPANDEX suit that I bought on eBay. I'm sure that I never said it was latex or from a sex shop (I imagine that would be uncomfortable and expensive). The "kitty boy" in the background is my husband (then boyfriend). I made the hat that he's wearing. He still loves it but doesn't really wear it anymore considering he's grown up 5 years."
Now, I had commented that I was told that it was a latex suit bought at a sex shop. That IS what I was told, and I quite distinctly remember being told. I know how hard it is to paint spandex. If it is spandex, then I was misinformed or misheard.
Now, there are also questions as to how the Helmet was made.
That I do not know. I still have no experience in making such a piece, but I am certain there are many different methods.

I know that girl that's cosplaying imp midna its Aleze. She is amazing. I want to meet her someday and i am going to do some cosplays myself of shadow the hedgehog & knuckles the echidna although i need my supplies and i am going to cosplay lucy from elfen lied.

Helmet looks like styrofoam yes the type of paint is called plastidip ((you can get it at lowes))it puts a latex plastic coating on it making it look more realistic. they have these in several different types some made to look like tempered metal some sheen it all depends. If you need help on anything cosplay feel free to message me.

The helmet is NOT covering the wrong eye.
Either eye is the correct way, it all depends on whether you play the Game Cube version or the Wii version. In the original, Game Cube version, Link is left handed, as with all of the classic Zelda games, but when they decided to make it for Wii they had to make him right handed because the majority of people are right-handed. As a short cut for this they mirrored the entire game, causing maps and minor details, like Midna's helmet, to be mirrored as well.
