Finally another ref!

So as you can see Wintwer has too main types of Dragao, which are the North and South
They also do get along very well and sometimes even live together in bigger towns, but for the most part they live in smaller towns around the mountains and plains
Which the south live in the mountains and the north live in kind of igloo villages

Its also a cultural thing to not mix the two people as to not disrespect their ancestors, they have sort of a religion or story tale that they come from two siblings who looked different (north and south) who celebrated their differences as opposed to looking the same or blended together.
they will still marry one another if in a bigger village, just will get surrogate or adopt

They don't really mix, but shared one common Dragao ancestors which actually looked more like the south, but as some moved to the colder north their skin whitened and they grew an extra set of smaller horns. They also developed more blue because of the cold as opposed to white horns and green eyes

Wintwer is also rich in gold in the south mountains and they trade it and wear it a lot
They are ok with everyone, just dont have a lot of different Dragao living amongst them besides a few Florestians, sweetvalliens, and coldcrestians due to the cold
very few tho

They do a lot of snowy activities, hunting, herding of sheep or yaks in the mountains, ice fishing, etc

They also celebrate the coming of winter every year in a wintery games type of event
