Ironically, that's why they hugged in one episode. They were freezing to death and needed to share body heat . They actually got along until she realized the "abominable showman" chasing them was a hunky pizza delivery boy, and she turned vicious and declared she's never forgive him. Possibly this is why she turned from simply bossy to full-ion psychotic and murderous. So barring a teenage Timmy wishingΒ along the lines of "I wish I could get a dateΒ with the easiest girl in town" and said skank turning out to be Vicky, I severely doubt they'd hook up (barring very Β powerful magic or some really good psychotropic medication).
