Mr-Malkov In reply to ??? [2010-04-19 20:34:46 +0000 UTC]

There's a website that I could order guns from the US, 95% success rate getting them across the border.. don't trust it much though even if it has cheap airsoft guns....

Spray painting also means I can use custom designs.

I've heard terrible things about airsplat, a lot of people tend to get the "Factories seconds" from them from what I've heard...

the site was ajayz cheap airsoft, had some good ones but mostly cheaper ones...

I shot more than 5000 bbs with my M249 and never jam or gear's fucked up. Very durable

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-19 22:34:33 +0000 UTC]

Not everyone has problems with them I guess. Had a friend who got an M14, the polarity on the battery was fucked... he lives in New York...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-19 22:39:43 +0000 UTC]

lol, I live in new york. I heard about M14's batteries fail to appear the way they are supposed to be.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-20 00:58:14 +0000 UTC]

ah well, I just don't trust airsplat

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-20 01:09:13 +0000 UTC]

Oh well, what can you do?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-20 02:49:06 +0000 UTC]

Buy them from a place that tests them before shipping them?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-20 02:50:13 +0000 UTC]

If no nearby airsoft stores for 100 miles?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-20 06:13:47 +0000 UTC]

get them myself when it's convenient, bought my AK47 from Bass Pro Shop in Toronto during a family trip.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-20 10:36:00 +0000 UTC]

Lol okay then.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-20 20:13:59 +0000 UTC]

ah well...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-20 20:34:10 +0000 UTC]

You like Ak-47s?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-20 21:44:22 +0000 UTC]

I see it as a trustworthy weapon but I also know it's not perfectly suited for modern day combat.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-20 21:54:51 +0000 UTC]

well, they kill more people than the black plague in the middle age!!

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-20 22:14:47 +0000 UTC]

I know that, but given the choice in assault rifles, the AK would not be my first.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-20 22:40:36 +0000 UTC]

Then what it would be?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-20 23:29:37 +0000 UTC]

It would depend on the situation. If it was longer range I'd want either a rifle in 5.56 or a battle rifle, for close quarters/urban I'd want a bullpup... and so on

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-20 23:38:13 +0000 UTC]

I would use the Styer Aug because of it's range and it's accuracy

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-21 02:57:59 +0000 UTC]

A3 or the original version?

Original version

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-21 05:58:34 +0000 UTC]

I'm not a fan of the scope on it, but I wouldn't be complaining if it was the only weapon at hand...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-21 10:33:56 +0000 UTC]

yeah it's true

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-21 21:06:35 +0000 UTC]

I'd love a nice DMR G3 variant with a bipod and a scope...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-21 21:16:02 +0000 UTC]

Good taste you have there, i just prefer heavy weapons.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-21 22:29:35 +0000 UTC]

A nice AN94 with a GP30...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-21 22:43:15 +0000 UTC]

Ohh, M249 is my big taste

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-21 23:34:20 +0000 UTC]

Minigun mounted on an armored SUV?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-21 23:56:07 +0000 UTC]

more like armored tank

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to dirtbiker715 [2010-04-22 00:29:29 +0000 UTC]

But you'd need a crew...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

dirtbiker715 In reply to Mr-Malkov [2010-04-22 00:45:17 +0000 UTC]

yeah

Pythosart In reply to ??? [2009-12-27 20:16:47 +0000 UTC]

Try having one friend with a minigun and another with an Aliens-style custom pulse rifle.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to Pythosart [2009-12-27 22:01:10 +0000 UTC]

I wanted a minigun but I opted for an AK47 instead... isn't the custom aliens pulse rifle just a modded M1A1 Thompson?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Pythosart In reply to Mr-Malkov [2009-12-27 22:04:22 +0000 UTC]

Usually, yes, but the one my friend has was modified to begin with. It has a higher rate of fire and some other adjustments that I'm not certain about. It's a good bit heavier than a regular Tommy, even without the Pulse Rifle bits on.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to Pythosart [2009-12-28 00:44:19 +0000 UTC]

Probably a new gear box and some metal parts.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Pythosart In reply to Mr-Malkov [2009-12-28 00:59:38 +0000 UTC]

Maybe, but it was all metal and wood to begin with.

Anywho, it kicks some serious ass. But not as much as the minigun.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to Pythosart [2009-12-28 01:14:09 +0000 UTC]

The minigun would be expensive on BBs though.. and you'd probably need several batteries for it.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Pythosart In reply to Mr-Malkov [2009-12-28 01:36:34 +0000 UTC]

Too right. She fills three pockets with a mixture of magazines and extra BBs. Dunno about the batteries, though. I'm sure you're right.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to Pythosart [2009-12-28 01:47:36 +0000 UTC]

I forgot to factor in the weight and the need of a sidearm...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Pythosart In reply to Mr-Malkov [2009-12-28 01:57:48 +0000 UTC]

Of course. And it's a bit inconvenient to hold because it takes two hands, but like I said, it kicks some serious ass. When it fires, it sounds less like an automatic gun and more like an airplane engine. Like so --> [link]

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Mr-Malkov In reply to Pythosart [2009-12-28 02:07:32 +0000 UTC]

Insanely intimidating...
