Description Hello Wildhammers! This is Airinn Talonaxe, the second daughter born to Ulfengard Senior and arguably the most Shaman that is still practicing her craft. Airinn's one of those girls that has always been gifted with the sight to the elemental planes. Her connection to Azaroth is one that can put most orc and tauren shamans to shame for it's direct tie and connection to the Earthen Dwarven lines like all the Talonaxe Lineage.

Where her older Brother Gar the namesake pursued libraries and knowledge with study and practice, Airinn's talents were inherent. She heard voices and spoke back to ancestral spirits and those of the elemental planes. Where her brother had to study to manipulate the elements Airinn was the one that often was manipulated -by- the elements which had mixed results. When she was too young to know better some would gossip and imply she had gone mad or simply -was- schizophrenic or looking for attention making her an outcast of sorts, with an older less sympathetic brother and a very protective closer one in her fellow Elementalist Gar.

Luckily she was eventually able to show just how talented she was in the rites of Farseeing for the clan Wildhammer and since has been understood as a respected wise-woman at a staggeringly young age. That isn't to say she doesn't still hear or see things others don't but rather she can better interpret and decide which voices were safe to listen to or flow with.

DRAWING a character with that much history and personality was in short. HORRIFYING for me. When someone spends that much time and effort in making someone into someone it becomes very important that you illustrate WHO they are not just what is being described: and it turns out I got a few things very wrong (unavoidable being that in this case I couldn't just ask her player lest I spoil the gift) but not so wrong that there were revisions requested. So I set out to try and tell the story of a seer's grace and being in her element in her ceremonial shaman veils. I am particularly proud of her expression gazing up at things unseen.

As the intended recipient of this picture... I feel that I should mention.   I.  Absolutely.  LOVED.  It!   It is amazing.  I was honored (and floored) by the detail and thought that went into this image of my beloved character.  Thanks again Shokes!
