20180116I've always been a sporty guy. Plus I have recently been looking for something that I can draw regularly. Sooo I decided to draw a couple of my workouts.
This one is from about two weeks ago. It was a little EMOM I did at home. The pull-ups were actually quite nice. Same goes for the pus-presses. I had to do a lot of volume on the deadlifts because my dumbbells are too light. That was kind of annoying.
Guess I need more weights.
