Delta's father owed a debt to a group of assassins but died before he could repay it, so Delta was threatened by the group to repay the debt. He was forced to sign a contract and work for the assassins.
And Cleo, the leader's daughter, lost her former teammate during a dangerous mission, so she became Delta's teammate and she has to train him.
