Kotsu is the leader of a feared street gang who also initially run the school. Kotsu has a history of abusing Maika at the school to the point where other students are afraid to go near Maika for fear Kotsu will target them as well. She is thought to be cruel and sadistic, but in truth she has her reasons for acting this way.

Kotsu is an exceptionally skilled pugilist who also has the ability to summon whirlwinds with her fists. She had gone undefeated, at least until the new students arrived...
