This is my OC Aki Suzumoto. Aki is Ken's younger sister, who was barely a year old when her parents were tragically killed. She was given the name Akiko at birth, however she hates the name. The -ko suffix traditionally means "child", but Aki believes that as she has no parents and never knew them, she is no one's child. As you can tell, she has quite a pessimistic attitude.

Aki is usually brash, rude and quick to express her own opinion even when it's not wanted. Because of this, she has a hard time meeting new friends, particularly ones of her own age. She usually hangs around with Kaho, Ken, Ryouzu and Teru, but after enrolling into the new school she meets Kuru and against all odds the two of them become great friends.

Aki is quite proficient with a cane sword and using the iaido style of sword fighting. She is also quite proficient with two short daggers that she carries along with her cane sword, but she is practically useless without a weapon. She also has the ability to focus so intently that time seems to slow for her, allowing to move faster for extremely short periods of time. Using this ability greatly fatigues her though, so she tries not to use it.
