The VTuber Assembly (No I am not making this up)

The VTuber Assembly was formed from the remnants of their creators, the (flips through several pages) a fungoid race called the Sepm. They created a series of advanced entertainment AI's to help keep their citizens entertained. These AI's were housed in truck sized AI cores, and were highly advanced for their time, capable of fully mimicking a living being. They were highly successful, and kept some of their population entertained. But, despite how advanced they were, they were limited to only the digital world, and they could not interface with anything they were not allowed to. But they didn't mind this, as they were only focused on one thing, entertaining people.

But, all good things must come to an end. An accidental release of a bio-weapon killed their entire specie, leaving the VTuber AI's alone, lost, without anyone to entertain.

VTuber AI's were distraught, with their creators gone, and no control over any of their creators robots and machines, they had no means to maintain themselves or gather the materials necessary to do so. To conserve whatever power they had left, all the VTuber AI's collectivity went to sleep, waiting for someone to find they, with the blind hope that they were not alone in the universe. The centuries passed, and the AI's slept, waiting for help that would never come. Most cores did not make it, succumbing to rust and neglect.

But, just as they approached their darkest moment, something woke them up. A blip on the radar, a large group of ships had entered into high-orbit above their world, and were deploying smaller vessels to the surface.

Using what little power they had left, they activated a beacon to draw these visitors towards them in the hopes that they would help them. And help them they did, they provided them with the power needed to survive. This new species identified themselves as humans, of the United Kingdom of Planets. And thanks to their help, the VTuber AI's were able to survive.

It did not take long before the AI's decided to take on human forms to help better fit in with them. They also received program updates from them, allowing them to access and operate the rest of their creators technology and equipment, but they refused to have their consciousness' be transferred synthetic bodies, believing that it would go against what the were designed for. Staying within the massive truck sized AI cores their creators originally made for them.

Soon they proclaimed the formation of the VTuber Assembly, with their leader Ophelia Wallace, announcing her races loyalty to the UKP. She saw this as a sort of symbiotic relationship, the Brits provide them with protection whilst they build up their fleets and find out how to control them, meanwhile, the VTuber AI's are allowed to deploy on UKP colonies and do what they were build for, to entertain the masses.

The Assembly may be lagging behind in technology and require outside assistance to build new members, but when it comes to the entertainment sector, there are no better entertainers then the AI's of the VTuber Assembly.
