And I love ~Aidontknow 's works with all my heart and soul. And she has this thing where she drew her OC's with their Zodiac signs right by them, so I tried to do something similar.

This is done very well! I like the look of the gal's hair and the lineart for the koi fish (right?) is pretty~ I can see faint water splashes by the top of her head and the tear in her eye =/ Very pretty~

what program did you make this with?? (I am a paper-artist person, but am wanting to get into digital coloring\drawing) I also don't know what wacom tablet to get :/ do I need a Wacom Intuos4 or a Wacom Bamboo Fun??? D :, If someone can help, PLEASE DO!!!!
