Description
Messier 27. NGC 6853.The nebulosity was discovered by Charles Messier in 1764.
Distance: 1000-1200 light years.
Its apparent magnitude is 7.3.
The age of the nebula is estimated to be 3500 years from the expansion rate of the material shells.
The ultraviolet emission from the star, which has become a white dwarf, makes the nebula visible.
Camera: ZWO ASI 224MC, without autoguider.
