This batch of Exiles working for the antagonist of story 4 are "AT LAST" complete!!! sorry it took so damn long!!

Description time:- the 13 Exiles here are hired by corrupt senator Harry Patterson O'Rouke to stop the 5 Exile gangs taking their charges to EXILES USA so he can get in on the throne of the EXILES; but these Exiles are not exactly thrilled with working for such a nasty piece of work who rules not only his own city but the financial businesses of Illinois, Detroit, Missouri, Iowa & Wisconsin as a tyrant

Description of characters (From Left to right)

ANTONIO SPINCE:- Older brother of the "late" Keith Spince (A member of Durants' Gang) he also has elasticated abilities in the form of a gruesome gell like symbiote that he uses to devour anything that is enveloped in it & it feeds him when food is unavailable, it can also generate a variety of melee weapons.

OCTAVIO RATTIGAN:- A very tall slim EXILE who wields a rather ghastly technique known as the "Basilisk's Stare" when his freaky gaze hits someone their entire body along with their bodily functions are instantly paralysed leaving them at his mercilessness prowess as a killer!

CLETUS WARREN:- A real unhinged fellow indeed who wields a symbiote made up of his own atomic structure in the form of his aura that he uses to attack with ruthles aggression, he also over-enjoys his work

GRAY MIDVALLEY:- (I love designing Gray the Nine-Lives style characters ) a huge giant that wields revolver forearms that can fire shells at a raid rate & can also assimilate whatever ammo is fired at him & form weapons on his body to fire it back at them! was a student of Exile ICE-CD

DUKE DIMANCHE:- The head of the 13 group of Exiles, a master of Voodoo & a massive number of offensive energised attacks [Arch-Rival of Melanie Vignolla of Team Gangster]

ROB CROSS:- This masked mass-murderor wields the INFERNO CROSSES (Energised crosses made up of particle energy) that are devastating; he is similar in thinking to Steve Ditko character "Mr A" being very Black & White on the world around him.

TOWZER MILES:- Another giant who pales in size to GRAY MIDVALLEY but is deadly in his own right! the huge form is actually a lifeless hust where a chaotic collection of demonic energy can seap out of the openings & attack with frightening ferocity!

LAURA MICHELIN:- A lady who can manipulate her own blood into a variety of offensive styles, her preference is to create razor sharp blood needles that are laced with a variety of lethal concoctions whether that's poisons or explosives!

ELLIOT GOODNIGHT:- A Female Exile whose ability is to manifest her own shadow into a versatile shapeshifting creature that is almost invisible to the naked eye but can be seen in reflective surfaces (Inspired by The Hanged Man from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure by Hirohiko Araki)

ALISON KIEBLER:- ( things are getting rather steamy here ) the tallest of the female Exiles whose ability is the shapeshifting into a humanoid serpent & also the generation of customised serpents of her own creation, she's also physically strong as well as agile!

EUGENE MAHONY:- A nemesis to werewolf Gwen Decker, this EXILE is literally a humanoid manget & as such he can manipulate any metal into a variety of shapes to attack his foes!!!

ANDREW GIBSON:- one of a duo of Exiles whose ability if to create 10 duplicates of themselves; his speciality is his superhuman strength & is mad! but is more composed than his partner in Crime....

ANDY GIESELMAN:- This guy is one loose screw! a psychopathic madman who also can create 10 copies of himself but his ability is his immense speed & agility (I originally intended these two character to a split personality..but a last minute decision prefered two separate characters)
