this is one of the characters in Project Carbon. Yeah guy character!

I explained most of why he wears that stuff in the picture, (and yes, I spelled reason wrong on purpose due to lack of writing space.)

okay, but Jeffery is half Carbon and Half Oxygen, and unlike the usual D.N.A, Carbon and Oxygen genes don't mix. Hence why Jeffery is half blue half skin colored, and since his dad had longer legs and his mom had a short torso, it didn't really mix either.
