Concept 2:Grim Reaper. Appearance from SkullMan.
When F-Blast MegaMan copies someone`s ability it`s called "Copy Appearence" here. Since he get new appearance, weapon and kinda part of character from that robot. So with Grim Reaper he become more cold and robot-like in term of his speech. It`s something like Double Soul form MMBN I guess.
I don`t thing to add Skull for now into F-Blast, btw. It`s just an example
