This is the map my friends and I used for our Zelda-themed tabletop role-playing game. We call it Sacred Force (long story haha). was made using Inkarnate. I originally made a version using Microsoft Paint, but decided to post this version, as it's just as accurate, and clearly shows what the biomes are like.
Just a few quick notes.

For the purists out there, this is our own canon. (I know I misspelled Koholint, and Kokiri but it's fine. It happens.) There were so many places that my friends and I wanted to explore, so we decided it was too hard to stick to any lore. So, I went about creating a map with the sole purpose of exploring. In our first campaign, we ended up as a pirate crew that spent a lot of time in the Phantom Islands. The pirate ship is a little nod to that. I'll probably end up posting more about what happened during those games.
