What program do you use to draw these?!
I like the line art.

I use PaintTool SAI, is a very practical and easy program especially for the line art

Does it cost much? It looks good for any use, such as making manga pages.

BTW, anybody know why so many awkward muscle-ly pictures showed up when I searched "Exveemon"? I mean, Exveemon looks cool with his muscles, but those are... um, how should I put this? Extreme?

lol, I understand you, many times I've looked exveemon drawings and I find those pictures with super exaggerated muscles, many people are very strange here in dA

Yeah, I mean, some of them (looking from a purely artistic point of view, as in technique and shading and stuff) are really good, but it's a bit awkward
