I don't work in charcoal often... or ever, really. I just sketched this yesterday because I was feeling Fall Out Boy inspired at the moment. It didn't take very long, but I'm not sure how long it took exactly. It's not really supposed to be good. It was just random. I kinda like how his bead looks on this in real life. I don't know if it's the same with the scan.

Also, this is a big deal, because it's the first time I've drawn anyone from Fall Out Boy that isn't Pete. This was going to be a charcoal sketch of all of them, but I drew Joe too big so I couldn't fit the rest on the page.
