Here's my second animated avatar I used, and it didn't take me long to start doing crossovers...

Since I used these avatars on a Simpsons site, (Simpsons/Futurama fansite to be more precise) I decided it would be fun to combine the two. The idea behind it was rather simple. DM and Maggie both wear blue baggy clothes, and Maggie always trips over hers and thus the avatar was born.

There's things I both like and dislike about this avatar. This is slower than my first one, thus easier to take in and that little black 'argh' cloud thing. I'm rather proud of that.

But I don't like the way there's no wrap-around; DM and Maggie continue to always walk in the same direction and always passing each other without ever turning around. That just niggles with me. Also, as mentioned to me before, Maggie is ridiculously small (or DM is ridiculously huge). Ah well.

Maggie sprites came from the Simpsons Arcade Game, though I edited and put together her getting up sprite. (which is another first, editing my own custom sprites, as you will soon see)
