I have a level 1 shiny Vulpix I could give you, if you're okay with clones. None of the shiny Vulpix's I found for trade had the dream world ability, so I hatched one myself. NEVER, will I do that again!

Ok! Oh and I have a few shinys myself. A shiny Basculin, shiny Audino, Hariyama, and a shiny Charizard (in my Diamond game) as well as a shiny Rayquaza (was my brother's)

Yep! I actually caught one wild one day when I was at school. It's purple and on level 59. Same thing with my Hariyama (was a red Makuhita)

Well I got a tip for ya. If you have a foreign Ditto (or any pokemon from another country) and you breed it with a normal pokemon, your chances of hatching a shiny go up by 40%
